Terms for Hosts

These terms supplement the general Terms of Use and apply specifically to hosts publishing a listing on the Portal.

1. Commission-free model

The Portal is not a booking system and does not process stay payments. Hosts pay a one-time or multi-year flat fee to publish a listing per the current price list; the Operator charges no commission on individual bookings.

2. Responsibility for listing content

• The host must provide truthful, current and complete information (description, photos, price, capacity, location, amenities, contact details).
• The host confirms they are authorized to offer the accommodation for rent and that photos/text do not infringe third-party rights.
• The host must keep the listing up to date (availability, prices) and respond to guest inquiries without undue delay.

3. Approval process

Every new listing and its material edits are reviewed by an administrator before publication. The Operator reserves the right to reject, suspend or remove a listing that violates these terms, applicable law, or good morals, even without stating a reason.

4. Fees and listing validity

• Standard (1 year + 1 year free): €169 (one-time)
• Exclusive (1 year + 1 year free, for larger accommodation businesses): €269 (one-time)
• Unlimited: €960 (one-time)

A paid fee is non-refundable once the listing is approved and published by an administrator — except where the Operator rejects the listing before publication. Once a plan's validity period is nearing its end, the Operator notifies the host by e-mail; an unrenewed listing may be automatically hidden once it expires.

5. Content licence

By uploading photos and text, the host grants the Operator a non-exclusive, time-limited (for as long as the listing is published) right to display that content on the Portal and in the Portal's own promotion (e.g. on social media), to the extent necessary to operate the service.

6. Disclaimer

The Operator does not guarantee any number of inquiries, bookings, or level of interest in a published listing. The Operator is not a party to the booking between host and guest and bears no responsibility for the course or quality of the accommodation provided.

7. Ending publication

A host may request removal of their listing at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting the Operator; the paid fee is not refunded in such a case.
