1. Portal operator

The portal MojeUbytko.cz (the "Portal") is operated by Dušan Šroba – DATACLICK, Andreja Bažíka 31/102, 027 32 Zuberec, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 44281820, Tax ID: 1074386434, VAT ID: SK1074386434 (the "Operator").

2. Nature of the service

The Portal facilitates direct contact between a host (a person offering accommodation) and a guest (a person interested in that accommodation). The Operator is not a party to the booking itself, nor a provider of the accommodation service, and bears no responsibility for the quality, availability, price or other conditions of any specific listing.

3. Rules for adding listings

• The host is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information in their listing (description, photos, price, capacity, location, contact details).
• The host must be authorized to offer the accommodation in question for rent.
• Photos and text must not infringe on third parties' copyright.
• Every new listing is reviewed by an administrator before it is published on the Portal.
• The Operator reserves the right to refuse, suspend or remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. AI listing creation mode

When using "AI mode", the host submits a link to an existing web presentation of the accommodation. Based on that content, the AI automatically drafts the listing's text and structure. Before submitting, the host must review, edit and confirm the accuracy of the draft — final responsibility for the listing's content always rests with the host.

5. Plans and payments

Publishing a listing is subject to a fee under the current price list (1-year, 5-year or lifetime plans). Choosing a plan creates an order, which the Operator confirms and sends payment instructions for. The listing remains in "awaiting payment" status until payment is received.

6. Responsibility for content

The Operator is not responsible for listing content created by hosts, nor for dealings between a host and a guest. Users must communicate and act in accordance with good manners and applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

The Operator may change these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
